Около 40 лет проработала на фабрике Лидия Максимовна Калинина. Она пришла на производство после московского текстильного института и более 20 лет была бессменным руководителем предприятия. Л.М. Калинина – заслуженный работник легкой промышлен ности РФ, награждена правительственными наградами: медалью «За трудовое отличие», ор- денами Трудового Красного Знамени и Дружбы народов. Директор знала всех своих работ- ниц не только в лицо и по имени, но и их личные проблемы. Она всем старалась помочь. В 80-е годы на фабрике особенно широко осуществляется техническое перевооружение производства. Фабрика перерабатывала более 400 тонн козьего пуха и овечьей шерсти, вы- пускала около 1,5 миллиона платков в год. При Л.М. Калининой было приобретено обору- дование, которое увеличило производство трикотажных изделий, стали выпускать варежки, перчатки, шарфы, шапки, пуловеры, жилеты, теплые и удобные вязаные вещи для детей. Благодаря этому, в нелегкое время 90-х годов 20 века удалось сохранить производство. Lidia Maximovna Kalinina had worked at the factory for about four decades – from 1962 to 2002 – and was its director for more than the last two decades. She went to work in the industry after graduating from the Moscow Textile Institute. L. M. Kalinina is an Honoured Worker of Light Industry of Russia. The Government awarded her the “Labour Achievements” medal, and orders of the Red Banner of Labour and of Peoples’ Friendship. The director knew all her workers by name and their personal situations. If any of her employees had a problem, she would get personally involved with them to help sort things out. She did her best to help everyone. In the 1980s, the production department went through a large-scale technical upgrade of its machinery. During this time the enterprise annually processed over 400 metric tons of goat down and sheep’s wool and produced about 1.5 million shawls. Under L. M. Kalinina’s direction, more equipment was purchased, which allowed for an expansion of the enterprise’s product lines. The production of mittens, gloves, scarves, pullovers, jackets, warm and comfortable garments for children began.
